Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
